Los servicios jurídicos del Ayuntamiento estudiarán el caso de McFly para interponer las demandas oportunas

En el Instituto Municipal de Cultura y Juventud de Burjassot no salen de su asombro desde que descubrieron que estaban a la venta entradas para un supuesto concierto de la banda británica McFly en sus instalaciones cuando desde esta instalación municipal no habían dado su consentimiento ni verbal ni por escrito para la celebración de espectáculo alguno.

Es por ello, y ante las informaciones publicadas en su página de Facebook por la empresa responsable de la gira U18 de que el Consistorio se había comprometido a ceder las instalaciones y luego se echó atrás, se ha encargado a los servicios jurídicos municipales el estudio del caso para presentar las demandas contra cualquier acción que pueda ser susceptible de delito.

Desde el Ayuntamiento de Burjassot reconocen que una empresa llamada Acustic Crom dedicada, según su página web, fundamentalmente al alquiler de equipos de audio, iluminación, back-line, personal técnico y de transporte, se presentó en el IMCJ con la propuesta del concierto de McFly pero “desde el primer momento se le dio un rotundo no que, al parecer, no entendió”, señalan las mismas fuentes.

El Instituto Municipal dio por zanjado el tema cuando tiempo después descubrió que se estaban vendiendo entradas para un supuesto concierto de McFly en Burjassot el próximo 6 de mayo. Ante la posibilidad de que los compradores se sintieran engañados, el Ayuntamiento lanzó a principios de esta semana un comunicado advirtiendo de que no habían firmado ningún contrato para la celebración de ese concierto en la Casa de Cultura y alertando de que no asumiría ninguna responsabilidad al respecto.

Ante esa información, la otra parte de la contienda, la promotora, U18, no se ha pronunciado de forma oficial, aunque ha anunciado en la página que tiene en la red social Facebook que "el departamento de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Burjassot se había comprometido a facilitarnos el recinto y por razones ajenas a U18 han cancelado el permiso".

Desde el IMCJ insisten en la falsedad de esta información aunque sospechan que la promotora ha podido sufrir el engaño de la empresa Acustic Crom que realizó de intermediario y que, al parecer, confirmó a U18 la disponibilidad del Ayuntamiento de Burjassot y de la Casa de Cultura a acoger el concierto en Valencia de la gira de McFly.

En cualquier caso, el Ayuntamiento ha insistido en que desde el primer momento se negó a acoger ese concierto y ni tan si quiera dejó una posibilidad para cambiar de opinión: “se contestó desde el primer momento con un rotundo no”, entre otras cuestiones, porque la fecha del concierto coincidía con la precampaña electoral de las municipales de 2011.

Así pues, y con la intención de alejar cualquier duda sobre la veracidad de su versión, los servicios jurídicos del Ayuntamiento de Burjassot estudiarán el caso a partir del lunes para interponer las demandas oportunas contra cualquier acción que sea susceptible de delito.© Hortanoticias

MCFLY have undergone a dramatic synth-pop makeover in a bid to "compete on an international level".

Love or hate their new direction, the lads - minus poorly drummer HARRY JUDD - went back to basics for their Biz Session.

Clutching acoustic guitars, the three healthy McFlyers blitzed their way through latest single Party Girl, oldie Room On The 3rd Floor and DANNY JONES'powerful cover of THE VERVE'S Bittersweet Symphony.

Between songs, Danny, TOM FLETCHER andDOUGIE POYNTER

messed around like naughty teens in an anarchic classroom.

Dougie sparked hilarity with frequent requests fired at their keyboard player Isaac, such as: "Play something that represents the mo

ment you realise you're in love wit

h your dad."

Danny then took up vocal duties for an impromptu and improvised new 'song' Angry Pirate as his bandmates - and everyone else - rolled around giggling.

I spoke to the boys once they'd finished their set/tomfoolery, and they were equally playful sat down on a sofa.

"Do you share clothes

?" I asked Dougie of his relationship with THE SATURDAYSsinger FRANKIE SANDFORD.

Amusingly, the boys misheard my question as: "Do you sh*g loads?"

Say it fast and you'll understand how they

got the wrong end of the stick.

Danny cheekily quipped: "What's it like

Dougie, what's it like? We ask him that all the time."

Back to business and Tom explained why they took the risky decision to internationalise their sound and tone down the six-string strummi

with help from heavyweight US producerDALLAS AUSTIN.

He said: "We realised in the past that we had so much going on in the UK, we never had time to go out.

"Literally, our first trip to Europe was only last year and we've been around for seven years now.

"I think people now realise that we have an amazing fanbase around the world that has built up over the last seven years, through the internet and things.

"So, in our minds, we knew this album was one that we would definitely release all over the world - and go

and tour it there."

That said, it seems they've already made quite an impact abroad - especially with randy Brazilian mums.

Danny said: "I got a box full of condoms. There was a letter and it said: 'My daughter's a big fan - and so am I.'

"She wrote her address and described what she wanted me to do to her. It was filthy.

"I didn't go because there wasn't a picture."

Meanwhile, the boys have clearly upped the ante in the boozing stakes.

Putting drummer Harry's case forward for my Caner Of The Year crown, Tom revealed: "Harry was carrying a round of drinks up the stairs of a club.

"He tripped over and he didn't want to drop the drinks - so he didn't put his hands down.

"He headbutted th

e stairs and he split his lip. It was literally hanging off. He spent the whole night with blood soaked into his shirt.

"We ended up sitting in hospital for six hours getting his lip stitched."

Next time Harry, let me get the drinks.

McFly have revealed that they have nearly completed their new album.

The pop four-piece have finished recording their follow-up to 2008's and already chosen which songs will make the final tracklisting.

Taio Cruz has produced two tracks for the album - whose title has yet to be announced - with US producer Dallas Austin helming the rest of the record.

"We may have some additional production to do. There's half of it we haven't heard completely finished," drummer Harry Judd told Digital Spy.

"We've recorded most of it and left it with Dallas. He kind of works his magic with it and puts his synths on. So far the songs we've heard back we're really happy with."

However, despite working with a pair of R&B-oriented producers on the album, the band insisted that they have not abandoned their old sound entirely, describing lead single 'Party Girl' as its most "extreme" track.

"There are a few [songs] on there that, if anything, are more old-school McFly than we had on" said Judd.

Singer/guitarist Tom Fletcher added: "There's a lot of variety. Some songs are more soulful and sexy, and others are more ballady."

McFly release 'Party Girl' on September 6.

Glee star Kevin McHale has revealed that he would love an episode based on McFly's music.

The actor, who plays Artie, explained that he is looking forward to seeing if any themed episodes will be made next season.

"I mean, a Britney episode would be really fun," he told DS. "I'm up for anything. I mean, I heard Bruce Springsteen.

"There's so many artists that have these massive collections. I mean, I'm still hoping for a McFly episode, but that will never happen. I love McFly."

Dougie Poynter and Frankie Sandford may have only just got back together, but apparently wedding bells are in the air.

According to the Daily Star, friends of the pair reckon it’s only a matter of days before they pair get engaged.

The friend reportedly told them: “They split up because their hectic schedules meant they were finding it hard to find time to see each other.”

“But while they were apart they spent most of the time on the phone to each other. They realised they can’t live apart any longer.”

The pair had been together for over a year before breaking up for six weeks.

The friend added: “They plan to get engaged and hope to be married before Christmas. “They are determined not to let work get in the way.”

Frankie recently confirmed that the pair are back together, and living together again.
Both are currently working on new material with their bands – Dougie with McFly, and Frankie with The Saturdays.

Recordaran que hace unas semanas el integrante de la banda británica de McFly, Dougie Poynter y la chica de The Saturdays, Frankie Sanford terminaron por motivos aun desconocidos, y ambos quedaron como amigos.

Pero cuando Dougie regreso de Atlanta fue fotografiado en el hotel Mayfer de la ciudad de Londres hablando muy seriamente con Frankie donde ella derramo algunas lagrimas mientras hablaban y Dougie le ponía la mano en la pierna para consolarla.

Nadie sabe que estaban hablando bien pero una fuente dijo: Frankie esta muy molesta, ella se había mudado con Dougie y pensaba que su romance seria por siempre".
Después Frankie escribió en su twitter hablando de su perrito: "El da los mejores abrazos".

Vaya… ¿Ustedes creen que regresen?
En lo personal me encantaba la pareja que formaban ellos dos!

En mi opinión esto paso antes de irse a Atlanta, por lo que, si mal lo recuerdo los rumores de que ellos habían vuelto empezaron cuando ellos estaban en Atlanta todavía, para el caso estas imágenes tendrían que ser cuando rompen y no cuando se reconcilian. De todas formas son todos pensamientos míos, no digo que sean ciertos, por eso es que no publique esta noticia porque no es nada concreto y no me gustan los rumores. Madrid.- La nube de cenizas del volcán Eyjafjalla, en Islandia, está provocando que Europa tenga unas pérdidas económicas millonarias que, de momento, podrían ascender a unos 1.500 millones de euros diarios. Sólo en la industria aérea se estima un coste de 150 millones de euros diarios por la cancelación de más de 17.000 vuelos este viernes, lo que podría multiplicarse por diez, si se analizan los gastos que supone esta situación en otros sectores relacionados.

Por ejemplo, en el sector turístico, la cancelación de reservas en hoteles, la suspensión de conciertos y eventos, pérdidas de jornadas laborales o servicios de mensajería y bienes perecederos que no llegan a su destino. Se trata de una estimación, cuyos datos reales se conocerán en los próximos días y que depende de que la nube de cenizas vaya disipándose en el cielo e Europa.

Ya sólo las aerolíneas europeas están registrando pérdidas de ingresos por valor de más 150 millones de euros diarios, según la Asociación Internacional del Transporte Aéreo (IATA). En España, por ejemplo, fueron cancelados este viernes cerca de 1.250 vuelos al Norte de Europa. Además de estas pérdidas de ingresos, las aerolíneas incurrirán en otros costes por el traslado de aeronaves, atención a los pasajeros y el hecho de que los aviones queden inmovilizados en los aeropuertos.

El tráfico aéreo seguirá estando este sábado total o parcialmente suspendido en Polonia, Rumania, Lituania, Eslovaquia, Francia, Alemania, Noruega, Suecia, Reino Unido, Suiza, Austria, Chequia, Hungría, Letonia, Estonia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, Bélgica, Finlandia y Dinamarca. Uno de los actos que puede verse deslucido este domingo es el entierro del presidente polaco, Lech Kaczynski, que tendrá en Cracovia, cuyo aeropuerto ha tenido que cerrar y casi un centenar de aviones oficiales no podrán llegar.

En otros ámbitos, el volcán de Islandia también ha afectado a la ‘Primavera Pop de Madrid’, uno de los conciertos gratuitos con más tirón entre el público madrileño, ya que ha dejado en tierra a la mayoría de los artistas internacionales convocados para la ocasión. Cheryl Cole, McFly o Kate Ryan han tenido que suspender su presencia.

McFly have been working pretty much flat-out on their upcoming album over the past few weeks, but last night they treated themselves to a night off and - we suspect - quite a few drinks at the same time. Dougie, Tom and Danny were snapped making their way from Nobu to Bungalow 8 to Jet Black in London over the course of last night and were seemingly happy to pull some daft faces for the paps as they went. Poor Dougie needs a bit of cheering up after his relationship with Frankie Sandford sadly came to an end recently, and everyone knows getting happily drunk on the town with your mates is the best medicine.

Update: For those of you that are asking, the girl pictured with Dougie is definitely not his new girlfriend and it's not his sister Jazzie, either. We spoke to the boys not long ago, and they told us she is just one of a large group of friends they were out with last night. You can take your Cilla Black hats off, people!

Chicas y chicos hago esta entrada para decirles que si ultimamente no puso mucho o directamente nada es porque no tengo el tiempo, ya que tengo 16 años vivos en argentina y lamentablemente tengo que ir a al colegio y aun peor estudiar jajaja. Bueno no hay mucho para decor supongo que una noticia de estas dimensiones ya se la habran enterado (porque yo estaba de vacas). Dougie corto co Frankie (en buenos terminos segun el) y lo dejo bien claro hoy en twitter (ademas de aclarar que es demasiado temprano para salir con otra persona asi que si hay algun rumor acerca de eso, bueno es mentira)

Harry Judd became involved with the Teenage Cancer Trust after his best friend was treated for cancer at the Cambridge hospital several years ago.
